NAFASI YA KAZI EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE – UNDP
UNWOMEN wishes to recruit the suitable a Tanzanian national to fill the following position
POSITION:EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE
LOCATIONS:DAR ES SALAAM
KEY OF FUCNTIONS
· Provide executive support to the UN Women country representatives
· Provide administrative support to the UN Women country sales representatives
· Provide effective communications and information’s management support to the CO
· provide support to the country representatives offices external relations activities
· contribute to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS EXPERIENCED
· at least 6 years of progressive responsible experienced with administrative secretarial or programme experience
· experience in the use of computer applications and software packages such as Microsoft office and web based management system
· experience with the TLAS system is an asset
· fluency in English is required
· knowledge of other UN official
