-Collaborate with customer care department on study and training for company's new products and services before and after launching
-Prepare marketing materials for channel education, service and product awareness
-Documenting different process and policies for customer care and problem handling procedures
-Advice the management on the ways for channel development and management regarding to the current situation in the market
-Research on company's brand and development.
