JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The Sales and Marketing Manager should be a holder of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field with a minimum of 7 years work experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably from a reputable manufacturing industry. Must possess strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Promote existing Company brands and introduce new products to the market
b) Prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure sales and marketing team meet their targets and goals
c) Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, establish consumer requirements, identify market trends and suggest systems for improvement so as to achieve the Company’s marketing goals.
d) Maintain the best customer relations by identifying and providing regular visits and anticipating new markets.
e) Develop annual sales and marketing plans that contribute to the sales and market of finished goods
f) Plan, execute and evaluate sales and marketing events
g) Define distribution channels for finished products
h) Develop and implement internal and external marketing programmes
i) Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director
JOB TITLE: PRODUCT COST ANALYST 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The Product Cost Analyst should be a holder of Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or any other related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience as a Product Cost Analyst, preferably from a reputable manufacturing industry. The Product Cost Analyst must possess in-depth knowledge of product cost management systems.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activities such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour
b) Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on cost
c) Analyse actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
d) Prepare estimates of new and proposed product costs
e) Provide reports to Management specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
f) Develop and maintain the cost accounting system
g) Work with the Manufacturing Manager/Head of Factory to identify cost saving projects, analyse and forecast the impact on cost structure
h) Assist in developing business case-cost-benefit analysis for capital investments
i) Monitor material price trends to support price negotiations with vendors
j) Prepare month end closing, including year-end inventory and monthly cycle counts and analyse inventory evaluation and future inventory roll
k) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
JOB TITLE: FINANCIAL ANALYST 1 POSTION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
The Financial Analyst should be a holder of Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce in Accounting or any other related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience as a Financial Analyst from a reputable manufacturing industry. The Financial Analyst must possess in-depth knowledge of accounting, cost management systems with excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as basic computer software skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Define and Assess the financial state of the Company
b) Support strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisals
c) Produce accurate and timely management reports, including sales analysis and operational expenditure
d) Prepare cash flow projections of the total income and total benefits
e) Work with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget
f) Oversee the development of accurate plans and budgets for all the activities
g) Determine which of the company’s products or product lines generate the largest portion of its net profit
h) Gauge the company’s overall financial health, primarily by using key financial ratios such as the debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and interest coverage ratio;
i) Analyse performance against budgets and prepare other pertinent financial analyses
j) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
JOB TITLE: INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (ICT) 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
The Information Communication Technology Officer should be a holder of a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or any other related field, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in ICT, preferably from a reputable manufacturing industry.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Oversee KLICL Software Systems Development, Network Administration, Multimedia, Web Applications & Development, Database Administration and IT
Systems Security
b) Recommend to Management the type of equipment hardware and software that is appropriate to achieve efficient, up to date and most effective information system for the Company
c) Develop, implement and monitor the Company practices for data protection, internet use, e-mail, security and ICT resource management
d) Develop and maintain hardware, software and network solutions throughout the
Company and support users to meet administrative needs
e) Regularly back up all computer data with regard to administration issues
f) Facilitate the preparation and maintenance of documentation, manuals, training materials and user notes
g) Prepare system and hardware maintenance and operational guidelines as required
h) Establish and maintain links with video conferencing systems and other systems for distance meeting
i) Monitor the use of hardware and software and ensure all software is licensed
j) Responsible for setting up security parameters and ensuring virus checks are implemented

JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE 3 POSITIONS
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales and Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized Institution with at least three (3) years of work experience in the field of Sales and marketing.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Determine long-term sales strategies by sourcing new customers and establish distribution centers
b) Responsible for sales of the KLICL products in different segments in Tanzania.
c) Assist in preparations of sales presentations for customers meeting
d) Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
e) Assist in negotiation and closing business on behalf of the Company
f) Represent the Company on different marketing opportunities/events
g) Assist in preparing and managing the approved KLICL marketing budget

JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE 3 POSITIONS
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and marketing or its equivalent from a recognized Institution with at least Two (2) year work experience in the field of sales and marketing. Computer skills are essential.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Sell KLICL products in allocated areas
b) Provide excellent customer service to clients
c) Attend customer complaints in his/her area of operation so as to maintain good customer relationship and protect Company’s interest
d) Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
e) Prepare daily and weekly sales plan and submit sales report including meeting sales target
f) open up and develop new markets in his/her area of operation that in turn will translate into higher sales
g) Ensure that the Company Sales outlet is clean and attractively arranged

JOB TITLE: CHEMICAL SPECIALIST 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of Bachelor Degree preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized Institution, with at least three (3) years of work experience in Leather processing industry.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals used in the production process
b) Troubleshoot issues with production equipment and processes
c) Record information, such as ingredients, weights, temperature and upload into database
d) Assist in planning and improving processes and product quality
e) Work with other team members to complete the production process
f) Observe all Company, Local, Nation safety and quality regulations
g) Report accidents, violations or other concerns to relevant authorities
h) Ensure that chemicals are properly stored as per operations procedures and manual
i) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of Diploma in Procurement and Supplies or any other related field with a minimum of 5 years works experience from a reputable manufacturing industry. Computer skills are essential
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
b) Ensure that all storage areas are secure, clean and tidy and properly organized
c) Maintain records and prepare various documents for Management decision
d) Ensure compliance to health, safety, standards and regulations
e) Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers
f) Ensure proper authorization for all material requisitions
g) Monitor and record the process of receiving and disbursing raw materials and goods/products
h) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
JOB TITLE: DRIVER 2 POSITIONS
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of Form IV or VI certificate (CSEE or ACSEE) with passes in English, Kiswahili plus an advanced drivers certificate Grade Two and traded Test Grade II in motor mechanics from a recognized institution. A valid class “C1” or class “E” driving license, with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Drive Company motor vehicles
b) Maintain and records vehicle logbooks
c) Responsible for safe-keeping of the vehicle and tools entrusted to him/her
d) Maintain disciplined behaviour and proper conduct in rendering services to his/her assignees.
e) Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and tools
f) Report promptly any defect or problems detected in the vehicle
g) Dispatch or collect documents/letters
h) Work on some minor repair of vehicles
i) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
JOB TITLE: UTILITIES OPERATOR 1 POSITION
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
The Utilities Operator should be a holder of Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least two years work experience in the field of operation of pressure vessel , Pipe fitting, boiler, compressors, generators, pumps and other utility resources in manufacturing industries
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Operate utilities’ facilities according to recommended operating instructions and procedures
b) Participate in machine maintenance and overhauling of utilities equipment
c) Maintain the required control measures in order to ensure a safe working environment.
d) Perform on- call duties as assigned
e) Work regular flexible schedules, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
f) Install, read, hydrant test, maintain and repair water and electricity meters, as per distribution
g) Establish and maintain effective work relations with other service providers such as TANESCO, MUWSA, etc
h) Ensure proper safety practices are adhered to by all operators
j) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS OFFICER 2 POSITIONS
REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCES
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance any other related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably from a reputable manufacturing industry. Must be computer literate.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Ensures that all accounting documents are properly filed
b) Prepares invoices from bills
c) Prepares revenue accounts schedules and reconciliation
d) Maintains the employees’ ledger for staff advances, loans and duty travel imprests
e) Maintains accurate and up-to-date debtor’s registers.
f) Responsible for banking all incoming cheques.
g) Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.
