IT BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

Direct Report: Unit Head

Job Purpose

IT business support officer will ensure the smooth running of the all bank business system and internal channel application

Key Responsible

Support of all channel application

Execution of daily backups and monitoring checklist

Support on other business system

Supervise execution of EOD reports & procedures

Supervise application support on business system

Ensure on authorized physical and logical accessories are gained into the data centre and the system respectively

Qualification

Degree in computer science/engineering electronics & telecommunication engineering information technology equivalent

Relevant experience in implementing IT application in a banking/financial institutions environment

Up to date knowledge and understanding of relevant of IT support functions
